We are looking for Project Executive to join our business partner’s organization, located in Sakarya/Adapazarı.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical-Electronics, mechatronics),
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in engineering project management preferably in chemical industry or manufacturing environments,
• Experience with Siemens equipments,
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation,
• Experience with HV/LV electrical systems and power distribution,
• Knowledge of ATEX standards,
• Proficient in electrical schematics and P&IDs interpretation,
• Energy management & energy efficiency knowledge,
• Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose faults,
• Preferably experienced in PLC systems and automation,
• Aware of working in accordance with occupational safety rules,
• Teamwork, solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills,
• Preferably with an energy manager certificate,
• To have knowledge on subjects such as power electronic circuits, low and high voltage panels, power distribution systems, generator, and UPS systems,
• Proficient in project management standards and methodologies; preferably certified or trained in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum),
• Strong understanding of capital expenditure (Capex) processes and sustainability frameworks,
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, technical drawing and AutoCAD software,
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally,
• Extensive experience in stakeholder and budget management in the projects managed.

Job Description:

• Installation & start-up of and preparing of maintenance plans of the new equipments,
• Ensuring electrical assembly and installation works are performed in accordance with,
• international project safety regulations and quality standards, in accordance with project specifications and other project documents,
• Implementation of electrical installation works depending on the project plan, taking and implementing measures when necessary,
• Preparing procedures, instructions and technical specifications,
• Developing solutions to optimize energy consumption by making analyzes on energy management and efficiency,
• Identifying project requirements and managing projects within the defined scope, time and cost, ensuring overall project coordination,
• Preparing detailed work plans, project schedules, and timelines,
• Conducting project resource planning,
• Managing activities of supplier companies within the project,
• Preparing and presenting project management documentation and reports,
• Continuously monitoring project progress against established criteria,
• Ensuring timely decision-making, communication and coordination; organizing project periodic meetings including kick-off, closing, and status meetings.
