Lead Product Manager – FinTech / Crypto Cards (Remote – UAE, UK, or US):

A well-funded Crypto-powered fintech is building a platform that bridges digital wealth with real-world utility; combining a Visa-backed card, premium lifestyle services, and a private global network.

After securing $1.5 million in funding, they’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to take their Crypto Card programme from 0→1, owning delivery, integrations, and user experience from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Report directly to the CEO and lead developers, card programme managers, and design partners.
• Launch and scale a Visa crypto card and rewards ecosystem.
• Oversee issuer, processor, and partner integrations across fiat and crypto.
• Build and optimise the card’s spending, loyalty, and rewards systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running a Crypto Card programme end-to-end.
• 7+ years in product management (fintech, payments, or Web3).
• Startup experience – thrives in 0→1, hands-on environments
• Line management experience across product or technical teams.

Additional Information:

• 🪙 Remote-first, option to relocate to UAE after 6 months, which the client will assist with.
• Salary is 35,000- 45,000 AED a month depending on expereince + token bonuses.
• Bonus: background in Russian or Eastern European banking/card tech.
