As a senior sales professional, you will lead the acquisition and onboarding of institutional and high‑net‑worth clients throughout the UAE and the broader GCC. You will be responsible for expanding our client's base, cultivating long‑term partnerships, and serving as the main point of contact for all trading and product inquiries.
Key Duties
- Identify, qualify, and bring on new institutional and HNW clients in the region.
- Build deep, consultative relationships by understanding each client’s trading goals and recommending spot, options, or structured solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product workshops.
- Gather market and client feedback to inform new product development.
- Map the regional user ecosystem and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to design and execute expansion initiatives.
- Deliver competitive intelligence and insights on target market segments.
- Provide a high‑touch, white‑glued experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Mentor junior team members on product knowledge and sales execution.
Desired Profile
- Experience: 6–9 years in financial‑markets sales, trading, or wealth management with a record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Digital‑Asset Background: Prior exposure to crypto or blockchain products is a plus.
- Network: Existing relationships with institutional or HNW clients is advantageous.
- Skills: Strategic thinker, confident presenter, highly organized, and able to turn strategy into action.
- Communication: Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French) is a bonus.
- Mindset: Self‑driven, resilient, collaborative, and committed to a client‑first culture, with a willingness to mentor others.
