Data Scientist (f/m/x)

As a Data Scientist (f/m/x) at Tomorrow, you will be part of our data team and help us, as a company, to make even more data-driven decisions. Alongside a data engineer, an analytics engineer and an analyst, you will play an important role in our data team in planning, developing and implementing our first data science projects. To begin with, you will also work as an analyst with our stakeholders in order to gain an in-depth understanding of our KPIs and working methods. You enjoy working with statistics and have already worked independently on developing and overseeing data science projects in a corporate context.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Setting up and monitoring new forecasting and clustering models in close collaboration with the business units and data team
• Supporting our stakeholders in measuring and evaluating initiatives
• Promoting a company-wide data culture together with the data team
  
  

What we’re looking for

• You’ve already gained practical data science-related work experience, ideally in a corporate context
• You have a very good knowledge of forecasting and clustering models
• You are well versed in the use of Python and have good SQL proficiency
• You are familiar with the fundamental principles of software engineering
• You have a very good understanding and the relevant skills when it comes to the discussion, transfer and analysis of data
• You ideally already have basic experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• You are fluent in English
• You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good

Salary

61.000-72.000 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares

Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. We expect our future Data Scientist (f/m/x) to work on-site in our office 2-3 days each quarter. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person.
