Advanced Analytics Manager (Commercial Analytics & Insights)

Pay: $85-$89 per hour

Contract Length: :1 Year

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (Hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite each week)

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Manager to join a data-driven Commercial Analytics & Insights team supporting a major U.S. business unit. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology to deliver insights that shape commercial strategy and guide field execution.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and comfortable working with large healthcare datasets. You should be able to turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using medical/pharmacy claims, CRM data, and promotional datasets
  • Evaluate prescriber behavior, patient access dynamics, and channel performance
  • Support marketing measurement efforts including ROI, impact assessments, and attribution modeling
  • Contribute to predictive modeling such as HCP targeting, call optimization, and dynamic engagement planning
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready presentations
  • Support cross-functional business reviews (QBRs, MBRs, brand planning, field strategy sessions)
  • Measure effectiveness of field initiatives, targeting lists, and sample strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a data-driven commercial environment
  • Hands-on experience with large datasets and tools (SQL, Python, R, or Advanced Excel)
  • Experience with healthcare datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, or similar
  • Background in marketing measurement: MMM, A/B testing, HCP segmentation, dynamic targeting
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing several workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Predictive modeling, call optimization, targeting analytics
  • CRM and promotional activity data analysis
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leaders or executive teams

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: Minimum 2 days onsite weekly in Plymouth Meeting, PA
