Project Director

An International Consultancy Engineering Company is seeking a high-caliber Project Director/Sponsor to lead a major Utilities Program in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive-level leadership and a proven track record in driving large-scale, long-term customer satisfaction initiatives.

🔷 Key Requirements

• Currently holding a Partner / Director / Senior Management position within a reputable Consultancy Organization.
• Responsible for overall project delivery, serve as Consultant's escalation point, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, attend all important and/or management level meetings, lead presentation of key deliverables to KM Management (where required), fully authorized/empowered to take decisions with contractual impact.
• Extensive experience in leading and delivering multiple large-scale and long-term Customer Satisfaction Assessment Programs, both globally and regionally.
• Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to interface with government, regulators, and major project partners.

• Act as the Project Sponsor, providing executive oversight and strategic direction.
• Ensure successful delivery of program objectives and alignment with client expectations.
• Lead high-level engagement with stakeholders and manage program governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance excellence across the project.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field (mandatory).
• Master’s Degree / MBA is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English language
