Job Summary
Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead advisory and assurance projects in Capital Projects & Construction. The role involves project delivery, client management, business development, and providing expert guidance on major capital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advisory/assurance engagements end-to-end
- Provide expertise on capital project execution
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction
- Support proposals, reports, and senior-level presentations
- Build industry network for business growth
- Handle multiple projects independently
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Construction) or Architecture; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in Capital Projects consulting with mandatory Big 4 experience.
- Expertise in project management, QS, costing, budgeting, QA/QC, project controls, procurement, and risk.
- Experience with PMO/BPI, digital tools, and sectors like Rail, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial.
- Strong regional network with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and travel as needed.
- Minimum 8+ years of Capital Projects experience in Qatar.
- Bilingual: Arabic + English.
- Age ≤ 45; local candidates preferred.
- Not suitable: Candidates from Syria, India, Pakistan.
