Main Responsibilities：

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and partners;
• Manage and resolve customer technical issues through systematic troubleshooting, providing expert guidance on installation, commissioning, and operation;
• Coordinate product certification processes and develop clear, comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals;
• Support additional projects and initiatives as directed by management to contribute to team objectives;

Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
• At least 1 years of technical support, application engineering or electrical experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel to support customer projects and market activities.
