What You’ll Do

  • Gather and analyze global financial market data to identify hidden patterns and structural behaviors.
  • Apply advanced statistical analysis and data-mining techniques to build forecasts and develop profitable predictive trading models.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, engineers, and researchers to design, refine, and optimize trading strategies.
  • Partner with technology and business teams to support cutting-edge electronic trading initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous innovation and evolution of research capabilities.
  • Perform additional duties as required in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Skills You’ll Need

  • A creative, driven, self-motivated problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python within a Linux ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or MATLAB, with the ability to build research-centric tools and frameworks.
  • Strong grounding in forecasting, modeling, and data-mining methods — including regression (linear & non-linear), neural networks, support vector machines, or related ML techniques.
  • Passion for advancing machine learning applications within trading and market prediction.
  • Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Willingness to thrive in a collaborative, team-centric culture.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.

Good to Have

  • Demonstrated success designing or implementing profitable trading strategies.
  • Experience deploying statistical or machine learning models in a live trading environment.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-time market data frameworks.
  • Strong research publications or past contributions in quantitative modeling.
