ML / AI Engineer (Python, SQL, Generative AI)

Role Summary: Support the Unified Matching Platform project to enable business use cases utilizing ML and AI-based product matching. Duties & Responsibilities: Improve existing ML models for text and image processing Perform GPT prompt engineering to enhance performance and accuracy Deploy and optimize ML and AI modules and pipelines Collaborate with other Business and Technology units to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability.


Requirements

Years of Experience: 3–5 years: Python and SQL programming, Machine Learning model development and deployment 2+ years: Generative AI, Prompt Engineering Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Proficient in data analytics; structured and unstructured data processing 2–5 years of hands-on experience in training, tuning, evaluating, and deploying ML models Proven success in designing large-scale big data systems for event processing, ML, and data mining Experience building applications on public Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP) Expertise in advanced Python and SQL programming Knowledge of orchestration tools (Databricks, ADF) for workflow management Ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data processing frameworks (PySpark) Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision models Experience with Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT prompt engineering, and backend LLMs
