A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join its growing digital and technology team. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level BA with 2–3 years’ experience who wants to work across product, data, and business operations in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will help translate business needs into clear product requirements, supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to a dynamic and collaborative product environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Supporting sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery tracking with engineering
• Coordinating feedback from stakeholders across production, inventory, sales, ecommerce, and leadership
• Conducting user testing and QA for new releases, documenting findings and driving fixes
• Analysing product usage data and identifying areas for optimisation
• Maintaining product documentation, roadmaps, and release notes
• Keeping projects on track, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are well managed

About You

The organisation is looking for someone with:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Associate PM role
• Experience delivering digital or IT projects, ideally with engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, organised, detail-oriented approach
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or fashion (preferred but not essential)
• An understanding of Agile delivery with some exposure to sprints and backlog management

Interview Process

• Stage 1: 30-minute introductory conversation
• Stage 2: 1-hour interview with the senior team
