Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

Location: London (largely remote)

About the Role:

We are partnering with a business that truly understands and values the importance of a strong Business Analysis function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global D365 Finance & Operations implementation programme, work on large-scale enterprise migrations and new system implementations that will transform the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, challenge and document clear business requirements.
• Support the successful delivery of the D365 F&O implementation and associated projects.
• Analyse existing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Map end-to-end business processes and understand data flows across systems and functions.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• BCS qualification or similar professional certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred) or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated strength in Business Analysis: Eliciting, translating, simplifying and prioritising requirements
• A solid understanding of finance or procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• A pragmatic and proactive approach to delivering.
