Business Analyst

My client, a leading Financial Services Consultancy are seeking to hire multiple Business Analysts to support a leading Banking client across different change programmes they are currently undertaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, elicitation, solution design and business readiness.
• Soft focus on implementing Standards of Practice for BA role and associated tasks.
• Have the ability to understand current and upcoming regulations and how they may effect the organisation.

Requirements for the role

• At least two year's Business Analysis experience within the Financial services industry.
• operations knowledge across Financial Services ideally Banking
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
