Senior Fullstack Developer

We're building a fully reimagined borrower experience, TPO intake flow, and internal ops dashboard. This includes real-time application orchestration via our APIs (identity, income, asset, property) and a future path to agentic decisioning.

As an engineer on this project, you'll work on a fast-paced team delivering Version 1 of the platform, which includes:

· A beautiful, responsive web app for borrowers.

· A powerful dashboard for brokers and third-party originators.

· An operational command console for the client’s internal teams.

· Secure API integrations across credit, title, identity, and Encompass

What You’ll Do

· Work with talented development leads to build React-based front-end features across borrower, broker, and operator workflows.

· Build and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI), orchestrating data flows with TrueForm APIs.

· Architect real-time data pipelines and state management systems across the UI.

· Contribute to ops-facing tooling that supports queue triage, document management, and human-in-the-loop review.

· Collaborate with product designers and workflow specialists to deliver scalable, testable, and accessible features.

· Help define infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment pipelines in AWS for frontend and backend apps.

Requirements

· Proficiency in TypeScript and React.

· Strong experience with FastAPI (Python) and backend service design.

· Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure.

· Fluency in TailwindCSS for styling.

· Comfort with debugging, optimization, and real-world performance constraints

Nice-to-Have Experience

· React-Router for client-side routing.

· Radix-UI, lucide-react, and Zustand for interface componentry and state control.

· Experience integrating with mortgage platforms, especially Encompass SDK/API.

· Familiarity with identity, asset, or credit data integrations (e.g., Plaid, Finicity, Soft Pull)
