Overview


A well-established software company specuialized in cloud-based Accounts Payable (AP) automation solutions, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team and help expand their core SaaS product. This is a new, full-time, remote role crucial for elevating the user experience of their platform.


This position is ideal for a proactive designer who is passionate about creating intuitive software and understands the full product development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in building out the company's internal design capabilities, working closely with key stakeholders to bring a user-centric approach to a B2B environment.


Responsibilities


  • Design & Strategy: Help define and execute the UX/UI strategy for the product, working to elevate the user experience of new features and existing functionalities.
  • Discovery & Research: Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and build a deeper understanding of user needs.
  • Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Software Product Manager, the VP of Technology, developers, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Iterate & Refine: Iterate on designs based on feedback from team reviews and usability testing.
  • Client Insights: Incorporate feedback from client support and client success teams to improve product design.


Qualifications


  • Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
  • SaaS/B2B Knowledge: Experience designing for a SaaS (Software as a Service) or B2B product is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered design approach.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in English.


Working Hours & Location


  • Schedule: Full-time position. Required availability from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Time Zone (CT), with remaining hours to be managed with the hiring manager.
  • Type: 100% remote (LATAM based only).
  • Location: Remote.
