Requirements

Language: English - Fluent

• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or creator-focused platforms.
• Deep understanding of Twitch and TikTok ecosystems - you know how creators use these platforms, how their communities behave, and what kind of design language resonates with them.
• Proven ability to design creator-facing tools, dashboards, or overlays that feel native to Twitch and TikTok audiences.
• Experience building complex configuration flows and turning them into smooth, accessible user experiences.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Eye for detail and consistency - every pixel, gradient and transition matters to you.
• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style - you can own tasks from idea to completion.
• Strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
  
  

Activities

• Design and optimize intuitive dashboards, configuration flows, and UI components for creators.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn ideas into exceptional user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system that supports TikTok creator environments.
• Conduct user research and transform community feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Deliver clear design documentation and prototypes to guide implementation.
