(Founding) Software Engineer

Exhibitly.ai is an AI marketing tool that helps B2B event organisers boost attendance with personalised landing pages tailored to each visitor. It’s the first in a growing suite built to modernise a space long overdue for disruption.

What you’ll do

You’ll join early and work directly with the founders to build, ship, and scale Exhibitly’s core product. Expect autonomy, ownership, and a front-row seat in a fast-moving startup.

• Ship core features end-to-end: from backend logic to frontend UX
• Work closely with the CTO to turn customer needs into production features fast.
• Bring ideas, not just code: you’ll have a direct hand in product and UX decisions.
• Own what you ship: monitor, debug, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Shape how we build: help refine our stack, workflows, and technical standards
• Be part of our next growth phase: your work will reach thousands of users from day one

Who we’re looking for

• Have 3+ years experience shipping and maintaining production web apps
• Be confident with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Understand relational databases (we use PostgreSQL via Supabase)
• Thrive in a startup environment: fast iterations, shifting priorities, real ownership
• Communicate clearly about technical decisions and handle feedback directly
• Able to come into the office 4-5 days a week during the early phase

Nice to haves

• Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimization
• Hands-on work with generative AI or vector search in production
• Familiarity with Vercel workflows, CI/CD, and observability/testing tools
