Business Analyst

Title: IT Business Analyst – Energy Sector

Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support projects in the energy sector, a highly regulated environment where compliance and precision are essential. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting IT solution implementation aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape IT solutions.
• Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Recommend IT solutions and support design, testing, and validation.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings and decisions.
• Oversee IT project implementation and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support for new systems.

Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of finance processes from an IT perspective.
• SAP experience.
• Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance).
• BPMN diagram proficiency.
