The energy sector is evolving rapidly, with growing integration of renewable energy, smart grids, and digital solutions. We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to help automate critical processes in power system planning and grid simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a full Python-based industrial solution using existing scripts and new functionalities.
• Automate workflows for grid model preparation within simulation environments.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and modularity.
• Document processes and ensure maintainability for future enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python-driven industrial software development.
• Strong background in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
• Proven ability to handle large datasets and implement efficient algorithms.
• Expertise in modular programming, profiling, and code optimization.
• Excellent command of English; basic knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with electric power systems (grid structure, load flow, generation and consumption patterns).
