Job Description:

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage clinical research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage clinical research projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure projects are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clinical research teams, investigators, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize feasibility systems to assess and select study sites.
  • Oversee site management activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure high-quality data collection and reporting.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRA
  • Demonstrated experience with feasibility systems and site management.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
