Responsibilities

Design sophisticated backend components, services, platforms, and RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.

Continuously review and enhance services and components, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Address technical debt and contribute to long-term architecture decisions.

Influence and execute product roadmaps to drive key business outcomes.

Mentor team members to enhance software engineering skills.

Foster a strong engineering culture focused on clean, testable, high-quality code and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python for scalable backend development.

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and knowledge of computational complexity.

Mastery of SDLC best practices: code reviews, source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
