Are you enthusiastic about AI technologies and enjoy working on projects such as Semantic Matching, LLM-as-a-judge for advanced research or automated document analysis? Then join our team of experts and work with us to develop data solutions that will transform market research and process automation.

Your role

• Build internal tools and AI-driven features to automate research workflows and accelerate global market research projects
• Implement and extend backend and frontend services using Python, Django, HTMX and JavaScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and background tasks
• Maintain and improve existing web applications and automation scripts, including bug fixes, refactoring, and performance tuning
• Coordinate closely with experienced software developers and internal teams to create innovative, bespoke solutions
• Assist in integrating automation and AI solutions into existing processes
  
  

Your profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable subject.
• Good Python programming skills and familiarity with Django (or another Python web framework)
• Initial professional experience as a software developer, ideally in AI and automation or natural language processing
• Eagerness to stay ahead of fast-moving trends in prompt engineering and intelligent data retrieval, and to bring new ideas and techniques into your daily work
• Fluency in English (German optional)
