Our Human Resources team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is looking for a motivated intern to support in many HR activities and processes.

If you are a proactive, curious and reliable team player, you will get the chance to be 100% involved in many Local and Global HR projects.

What can you expect from the role? Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

• The intern will be supporting the Home Care Italy HR Team and will get a close look at everything related to the HR world.
• We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of responsibility who is willing to support HR Team in developing HR processes and tools to foster employee’s lifecycle.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting different HR projects in recruitment, people analytics, administrative tasks.
• Supporting HR process mapping and the set-up of new HR policies.
• Assisting in executing the HR Strategy for the Unit.
• Guard and ensure the application of all Unilever Policies and governance requirements.
• Maintain productive and progressive employee relations.
• Supporting the identification of staff training needs and the implementation of ad hoc training projects.

Does this sound like you?

• We are looking for someone who is a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and proactivity.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English
