About The Role

As a senior back-end developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs and data projects that serve SEB’s digital channels, including both private and corporate Internet Banks. You will work closely with a team of passionate, motivated professionals—tech experts, Product Owners, and Business Specialists—in a modern hybrid agile environment. Our tech stack includes API architecture with REST and GraphQL, Python, container technologies like OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, PubSub, Cloud Run, and Composer. We also use GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Looker for data visualization. In our open and friendly culture, we encourage both individual and collective growth, learning, and innovation. To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Experience in API development using Python and GraphQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
• Hands-on knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and Git deployments
• Commitment to secure coding practices and promoting security in your work
• Motivation to grasp complex business initiatives and continuously improve backend solutions
• A strong eagerness to share knowledge and learn new technologies
• An outgoing, positive attitude and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and fluency in English
