We provide truly global insight and data on thousands of products and services; we are the first destination for organisations seeking growth. With our guidance, our clients can make bold, strategic decisions with confidence.

What You Will Be Doing

You will join a newly formed, high-impact AI & R&D team at its inception — helping to shape how we define, prioritize, and deliver innovation across the business. You'll act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating ideas and opportunities into well-defined, actionable requirements. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product leads, you'll ensure alignment, clarity, and progress from concept to delivery. Your work will help the team stay coordinated, focused, and able to demonstrate measurable value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Turn business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements.
  • Help plan and prioritize projects with the Head of AI & R&D.
  • Coordinate work between engineering, data science, product, and operations teams.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and results.
  • Analyze data and processes to find improvements.
  • Help develop best practices for the AI team.
  • Support communication and change management when new technologies are introduced.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in tech, data, or innovation-focused roles.
  • Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions and measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methods (like Kanban) and tools (such as Azure DevOps).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or R&D is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

The salary range for this position is between €2,500 and €3,500 / month gross.
