What do you need to be SMART OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPER ?

What we're looking for

Proven experience in OutSystems development (Reactive Web, Traditional Web, and Mobile).

Proficiency in REST and SOAP integrations.

Creation and maintenance of reusable components and core modules.

Experience with data management (local and external entities).

Knowledge of 3-layer architecture (Core, Library, App).

Familiarity with OutSystems DevOps practices (lifecycle, deployments, Service Studio, Service Center).

Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.

Mandatory Certifications

• OutSystems Associate Developer (minimum).
• OutSystems Web Developer Specialist + Architecture Specialist (preferred).
  
  

Functional Requirements

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong communication with both technical and business teams.
• Proactivity and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Spanish is a plus.
