Job Description

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles by defined policies and procedures.
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Respond promptly to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries, collaborating with another team.
• Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and correctly.
• Perform a password reset
• Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Active Directory
• RSA and HID Platforms (MFA)
• Azure Entra-ID and O365
• Methodical and rigorous
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Sense of contact, listening skills and team spirit
• Excellent oral and phone contact
• Ability to define and manage work priorities
