We are looking for: Senior Backend Developer (Java & Microservices)

We are looking for: Senior Backend Developer (Java & Microservices)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and microservices-based architectures.
- Build scalable solutions within fully containerized environments running on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with frontend elements built in React.
- Optimize system performance, stability, and security across backend services.
- Contribute to code reviews, best-practice definition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Proven experience working with microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes deployments.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases.
- Some frontend experience, ideally with React.
- Advanced English level (able to work in international environments).
- Availability to work onsite 3 days per week (Madrid city center).
- Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling.
- Additional knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in financial or highly regulated environments.
- Certifications in Java, Kubernetes, Cloud, or related technologies.
