We’re looking for a Graduate Java Developer to join our Qaracter Academy, where you’ll learn both technology (Java, Spring Boot) and banking products & processes, in a stable corporate environment with strong growth potential.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Learn and develop banking applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to real projects with impact on financial clients.
• Participate in training sessions on banking products and processes.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that will guide you from day one.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong motivation to learn both technology and banking processes.
• B2+ English level.
