What’s the Role About?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js and ideally strong hands-on experience with NestJS.

You’ll be joining a team focused on building and scaling high-performance APIs and integrating complex systems with various third-party providers.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js (and NestJS, if you have it).
• Work on API architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and clean design.
• Implement and optimize 3rd-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers on system improvements and performance tuning.
• Contribute to best practices, code quality, and overall technical excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong, proven experience with Node.js (senior-level).
• Experience with NestJS or willingness to quickly ramp up.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, authentication, and distributed systems.
• Experience with integrations, external services, and complex backend interactions.
• Clean code mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS etc.).
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to high-traffic or large-scale systems.
