Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid.

💪 Main responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points).
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders.
• Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA).
• Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training.
• Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management.
• Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses.
• Prepare decision-making materials for the steering committee.
• Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

👀 Who are you?

• 7+ years as Senior PMO in structured corporate environments, working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience applying PM methodologies (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA).
• German – Business level
• English – Business level
• Spanish – plus
