About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a PEGA development team. You will play a key role in guiding and facilitating the Scrum process, fostering strong team cohesion, and ensuring delivery aligned with the Product Owner’s priorities.

This position requires someone who excels at creating a positive team environment through personal attention, connection, and strong people skills — especially in a context where skilled resources are scarce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for a PEGA-based development team
• Ensure smooth execution of Scrum ceremonies and agile processes
• Strengthen team cohesion and maintain high engagement among team members
• Provide personal attention and support to individual team members
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective prioritization and delivery
• Promote continuous improvement within the team
• Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes in line with customer expectations

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong background in team building, coaching, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in environments with scarce technical resources
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with PEGA teams is a strong advantage
