Middle Frontend Engineer (React.js)

You’ll join one of engineering tracks - Customer Value track

Customer Value track designs and delivers complete end-to-end solutions in our Product, so we can unlock new markets and bring new happy customers!

Our main goal is to bring new MRR by expanding product-market fit from the Sales team to the Revenue team use cases.

In our Track, we care about our customers and we strive to help them succeed in their business.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of development experience with Javascript
• Strong understanding and experience in HTML, CSS and React/Redux
• Experimental Mindset: You have a strong interest in and experience with designing and running experiments (like A/B tests). You know how to propose alternatives for features, define success metrics, and iterate based on data.
• Experience in writing unit tests
• Experience in application performance management and code analysis
• Proactive problem-solver, willing to grow autonomous worker
• Passion for new technologies and ready to lead engineering initiatives to help the company reach its goals
• Comfortable with understanding/learning backend concepts

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers and Analysts across PandaDoc to create positive customer impact together.
• Write clean, self-explainable testable, production-ready code considering all non-functional requirements and limitations (scalability, performance, etc).
• Follow a feature through its entire lifetime from problem formulation to solution delivery.
• Use quality metrics to identify gaps and define targets for their team deliverables.
• Improve our internal processes and documentation.
