Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) or high school graduate with specialized education in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, etc. (experience in the aviation industry is a strong plus).
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Basic knowledge of aircraft markings, placards, and aircraft paint (livery) mask/stencil preparation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow operational and safety procedures.
• High attention to detail in areas such as measurements, alignment, and color consistency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering and painting teams.
• Willingness to work in hangar or paint shop environments.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Living in, or willing to relocate to, Istanbul (Asian side).

In this role you will

• Produce markings, placards, and stencils in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare digital layouts or templates based on engineering references, technical drawings, or brand guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy of dimensions, colors, and placement of all visual elements by using relevant programs.
• Coordinate with engineering and paint teams to ensure correct implementation of livery and marking instructions.
• Support the application of placards, markings, and logos on aircraft.
• Verify the quality and consistency of applied designs through on-site checks and visual inspections.
• Ensure all designs and applications comply with aviation regulations, safety requirements, and company visual standards.
