📣We are looking for "Sr. Information Security Specialist” to join our team in Technology Department.

💼 What you’ll do?

• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise security systems, ensuring high availability and effectiveness.
• Serve as the escalation point for security-related issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Lead and participate in incident response efforts and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security requirements into infrastructure and project designs.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and optimize security tools for better coverage and efficiency.
• Support and contribute to internal and external audits, including PCI DSS, KVKK, and ISO 27001 compliance activities.
• Continuously evaluate emerging threats and recommend improvements to the security architecture.
• On-Call Rotation Alert/Incident Management and Darkweb/threat intelligence tracking

✅ Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in information security, security operations, or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in managing and operating core security infrastructure, including but not limited; SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Darkweb and Threat Intelligence Monitoring, Antivirus, XDR, DLP, Mail Gateway Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience in routine operations, health checks, and optimization of security solutions.
• Recognized as a trusted technical advisor within the team for troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
• Experience contributing to the security architecture and controls of enterprise-level IT projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with security compliance and certification frameworks, especially: PCI DSS, KVKK, ISO 27001
• Familiarity with other standards such as NIST or CIS is a plus.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
