Crypto Payments Specialist

What You'll Be Working On

  • Process and execute clients’ crypto transactions, including fiat-to-crypto conversions and transfers, in coordination with compliance, reconciliation, and payment teams
  • Manage end-to-end cryptocurrency operations for internal and related entities
  • Work closely with crypto liquidity providers, exchanges, and trading platforms
  • Mitigate currency risks using hedging tools and platforms
  • Support cross-team investigations together with compliance, legal, and security
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry for effective financial tracking
  • Monitor and ensure required liquidity levels daily
  • Recommend improvements to risk controls and transaction monitoring processes
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • 2+ years of proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
  • Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
  • Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • High sense of personal accountability;
  • Fluency in English and Russian
