HOW YOU CAN HELP

● Ensure the software analyst report quality is top notch

● Plan, prioritize, and manage software project tasks to ensure timely delivery of

milestones

● Optimize and monitor time & resource planning processes

● Track, manage, measure, analyze and iterate software support ticket flows

● Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and task

follow-up

● Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure project alignment

with business goals

● Utilize Jira to manage workflows, track progress, and resolve roadblocks.

● Ensure software testing procedures and processes are working

● Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with customers

● Support R&D-related processes such as patent tracking, academic publications, and

government compliance tasks when required

● Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management

MUST HAVES

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

(Master’s degree preferred).

● 7+ years of experience in project management, at least 4 years on SW developing

teams

● Experience in managing platform development projects comprising of BE, FE and

Mobile environments

● Expert knowledge of Jira for task management and workflow optimization

● Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and project tracking

● Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results under tight

deadlines

● Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting

directly with customers

● Ownership, empathy, team player

NICE TO HAVES

● Startup experience

● Having worked in or affinity and interest in mobility space

● Knowledge of GPS-based Vehicle Tracking System

● Familiarity with R&D center processes and government-funded projects

● Knowledge of business analysis processes and documentation

● Knowledge of test case management, certification

● Scrum master experience
