About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Conduct market analysis, evaluate trends, performance indicators, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare development briefs and pitch decks for C-suite stakeholders, collaborating with multiple departments.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand alignment with assets using predefined criteria.
• Support business case preparation for potential acquisitions and hotel management agreement projects.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop rate strategies and assist in term sheet development.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, providing insights and support to the development team.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modelling, market research, and understanding hospitality industry metrics.
