Pineca is a leading online brand of prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings operating across 9 EU markets.
Our main activity is online business-to-customer retail of prefabricated wooden buildings: residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As we are a digital-first company, organic visibility and lead generation is an extremely important part of our business.
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and work closely with our Head of IT and Tech Lead to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions across various platforms for diverse markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. What we expect you to do:
- Lead IT projects, mitigate risks, define clear timelines, plan and ensure successful project outcomes
- Act as the primary source of information for software engineers, providing comprehensive details and support necessary for their tasks and projects.
- Maintain clear communication and provide concise updates to all stakeholders (internal or external)
- Be an advocate for JIRA, track development efficiency metrics and continually enhance processes for improved efficiency
- Take ownership of communication and agreements with IT vendors, ensuring clarity and adherence to established terms and standards
- Contribute to 3rd party tool selection, configuration and support
- Provide assistance to the Support team and make minor functional decisions to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of issues.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven record of previous experience in IT project management (3+ years of practical experience)
- Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA
- Basic knowledge about development pipeline
- Basic knowledge of development infrastructure
- Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently
- Value-creation oriented mindset is something that we appreciate
- Being passionate, proactive, self-motivated, innovative and constantly hungry for knowledge but pragmatic enough to put first things first
- Having previous experience in developing eCommerce solutions (would be a great advantage)
- Having previous experience in developing back-office systems (would be a great advantage)
- Lithuanian language knowledge is a must
