業務内容

◆ プロダクト・UX

* AxysBank モバイルアプリのUXアーキテクチャ設計

* ユーザーフロー、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプ制作

* オンボーディング、決済、マルチカレンシーなど機能改善

* Axys全体のデザインシステム構築

* UX比較調査・ベンチマーク

◆ UI・ビジュアル

* モバイル / Web のピクセルパーフェクトUIデザイン

* ラグジュアリー世界観を反映したビジュアル設計

* PM・フロントエンドエンジニアとの連携

◆ Web・ブランド

* AxysBank / Capital / Holding のWebサイト制作（Figma / Webflow）

* ブランドのトーン＆マナー統一

* Instagram / X のSNSビジュアル制作

◆ リーダーシップ

* 外部デザイナー、制作会社のレビュー

必須条件（Must）

* UI/UX or プロダクトデザイン 8〜10年以上

* モダンで洗練されたポートフォリオ

* Figma 上級者（必須）

* Webflow またはフロントエンド連携経験

* デザインシステム構築経験

* FinTech / アプリUXパターンへの理解

* 高速かつ高品質なアウトプット

* デザイナー管理・レビュー経験

* モーション or 3Dスキル

* ⁠英語でコミュニケーションが取れる人

Position Overview

This role spans across AxysBank, AxysCapital, and AxysHolding,

and is responsible for leading the entire design function while also executing hands-on work.

A key position that directly shapes Axys’ product experience and luxury-inspired brand identity.

Responsibilities

◆ Product & UX

* UX architecture for AxysBank mobile application

* User flows, wireframes, and prototypes

* Improve onboarding, payments, multicurrency features

* Build and maintain Axys’ design system

* UX benchmarking and competitive analysis

◆ UI & Visual Design

* Pixel-perfect UI for mobile and web

* Create luxury-inspired visual concepts

* Collaborate with PMs and frontend engineers

◆ Web & Branding

* Design & build websites for AxysBank / Capital / Holding (Figma / Webflow)

* Maintain coherent tone & manner across brands

* Produce visuals for Instagram, X, and social media

◆ Leadership

* Review deliverables from external designers/agencies

* Quality control and art direction

* Solve design issues proactively and independently

Required Qualifications

* 8–10+ years in UI/UX or Product Design

* Strong portfolio with modern, refined design

* Advanced Figma skills (mandatory)

* Experience with Webflow or frontend collaboration

* Proven experience building design systems

* Understanding of FinTech and mobile UX patterns

* Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly

* Experience leading or reviewing designers

* Motion or 3D design capability

Preferred Skills

* Experience in FinTech / Web3 / banking / crypto

* Multi-brand design alignment experience

* Background in luxury brand design
