Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the Corporate Strategic Sourcing Team and actively contribute to the strategic transformation of the function in MEA & South Asia, with a focus on data analytics, reporting tools, and systems.
• Gather, consolidate, organize, and analyze market-specific controllable spend data from multiple sources to identify synergies and leveraging opportunities.
• Support supply needs and research potential suppliers in the market.
• Assist in the preparation of e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and in project approvals, contracting, and reporting documentation.
• Analyze commercial proposals and evaluate potential sourcing agreements, including invoice savings, cost avoidance, and other financial and quality improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of vendor performance using data automation and prepare regular reports on contract utilization and other KPIs.
• Support pre-opening processes for new properties, including enrollment and onboarding into relevant platforms and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of all procurement and sourcing information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong command of written and verbal business communication in English; knowledge of a second language (Arabic or French) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience consolidating, organizing, and analyzing large data sets.
