Software Engineer

The Role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build and improve their flagship platform. This is a hands-on full-stack role where you’ll work closely with product and senior engineering leads to design, develop, and deploy new features.

You’ll have plenty of ownership, the ability to influence technical direction, and strong opportunities for growth as the platform scales.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deliver new features and improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user-focused solutions
• Take projects from concept through to deployment
• Support and mentor junior developers through code reviews and collaboration
• Contribute to strong engineering practices — testing, CI/CD, documentation

Tech Stack:

• Backend: PHP / Laravel
• Frontend: React (React Native a bonus)
• Database: MySQL
• APIs: RESTful architectures
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, serverless experience welcome)

About You:

• Have solid full-stack experience with Laravel + React
• Understand JavaScript deeply and enjoy working across frontend and backend
• Are comfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Communicate well, collaborate openly, and think with a product mindset
• Care about building great user experiences and shipping high-impact work

Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup/scale-up environment or have experience with AWS serverless or React Native.
