Our Client Ontario Health is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to support the Clinical Repositories Team. The role includes managing issues, risks, and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery of project deliverables.The position supports the Immunization Repository initiative aligned with Ontario’s “one immunization record” priority and the province’s digital health ecosystem vision. The successful candidate may also support additional provincial digital health assets including the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) and the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS).
Must Haves
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience managing electronic health-related projects
- Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, project and work package planning & scheduling, quality management)
- Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated experience managing project or program communications (verbal, written, stakeholder engagement)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with document management including standards, version control, storage
- Knowledge or experience with immunization workflows and business processes within pharmacies, hospitals or health records (preferred)
- Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist the project team in planning, organizing, and executing project activities
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project-related sessions
- Prepare and update project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and Gantt charts
- Ensure proper version control and storage of project artifacts in designated repositories
- Support compliance with organizational standards and governance processes
- Act as a liaison between program teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Facilitate information flow across teams and escalate issues when needed
- Support engagement activities including workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Support project governance and advisory committees
- Act as the central intake point for project communications
- Ensure documentation follows standards, is version-controlled, and centrally stored
- Maintain integrated project schedules and milestone tracking
- Track deliverables, action items, decision logs, and follow-ups on team commitments
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and provide decision support aligned with program and organizational goals
