Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed tech start-up in the US. They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop key technical solutions for complex challenges. You’ll support the team by building the backend systems that power automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding and architectural design.
• CI/CD expertise (deep understanding of principles and tools).
• Containerisation and orchestration- experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Testing and debugging- strong unit testing skills, experience with Junit.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Java, and Spring Boot (also Hibernate).
• Service-oriented architecture, especially REST APIs.
• Cloud-native development experience (familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure).
