The Team

Our team draws experience from DRW, Deutsche Bank, Rockpoint, Nansen, Balancer, and other leading DeFi and TradFi institutions. We are Series A+, funded by Coinbase Ventures, Dragonfly, DCG, Nascent, Ethereal and others. We’ve built financial and blockchain products facilitating hundreds of millions in transaction volume across diverse asset types. We have no middle managers and move quickly from idea to execution.

The Role

The FullStack Engineer role calls for an individual contributor who is self-motivated and can function in a high-autonomy role to help us build the next generation of financial products. As a dedicated fullStack hire, you will gain ownership over our existing suite of web products, as well as the ability to influence the creation, design, and execution of future products. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across transactional interfaces, data-heavy analytics pages, homepages, documentation portals and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration with Web3 technologies
• Create trustworthy user experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant and reliable using tools like React, Typescript, Next.js, etc.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement new features and integrations
• Maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable codebases for user-facing applications
• Understand when and how to run UI tests

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience 
• 2+ years of React experience
• Prior experience working with component libraries in user-facing applications 
• A deep understanding of the architecture of modern client-side React applications
• Familiarity with the web3 frontend stack (Wagmi/Viem, subgraphs, sending transactions, querying blockchain, etc.) 
• Familiarity with backend database management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
• Personal experience using DeFi protocols
