Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements user interfaces using C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into the UI
- Develops wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design ideas
- Ensures the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Conducts user research and evaluates user feedback to refine interfaces
- Maintains and improves existing codebases and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborates with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI design
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and practices
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Must have experience in working in a fast paced law firm environment with diverse needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in front-end development
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
- Strong experience with C# and the .NET framework required
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud-based integrations tools or processes
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage, helpful for small scripting tasks or working with back-end teams
