We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help teams embrace and optimize Agile practices across the organization. In this role, you’ll mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to foster high-performing, self-organizing teams and a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Guide teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP).
- Enable teams to become empowered, collaborative, and focused on delivering value.
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and actionable goals.
- Ensure Agile ceremonies and planning activities deliver real value.
- Mentor leadership on their role in an Agile environment and how to support organizational agility.
- Promote transparency, trust, and servant leadership across teams and programs.
- Stay current with Agile trends and share insights to elevate team maturity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach (not combined with other roles) and prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team member.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP) and ALM tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Advanced understanding of software development life cycle and Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, ATDD, automated testing).
- Ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change.
