Python Developer (Fixed Term Contract)

📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

📄 Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 month minimum

💶 Salary: €60 per hour (Negotiable)

🏡 Remote Work: 1-2 days on-site per week

5VTech are supporting a customer based near Amsterdam that specialises in Biotechnology.

The customer requires multiple Python Developers to join the team on a contract basis for a minimum of 1 year and a possibility to extend depending on the project success.

The project involves the replatforming of a number of scientific applications developed with R&D of this Biotechnology, which must be initially professionalized in order to pass an audit.

These applications fall under strict legislation (GxP) because they are used to develop innovative therapies (personalized medicine) for cancer vaccines. This means you will be working directly with scientists and researchers have developed these applications.

Key skills required:

• Strong experience of Python Software Development
• Experience with Nextflow pipeline orchestration (nice to have)
• Knowledge of ALCOA (++) and Data integrity (nice to have)
