Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Proven track record of managing HR processes and administration.
- Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws across various jurisdictions.
- English level B2+

- Automate key HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

- Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management.
