IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 4+ years in business analysis within the IT domain
• Skilled in collecting and structuring business requirements
• Adept at analyzing and documenting business processes
• Strong in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Comfortable with deep diving into product and domain specifics
• Confident in working both independently and as part of a distributed team
• Successful in collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Unrivalled in conducting demos and knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders
• Familiar with how data flows through systems and how business logic translates into data structures
• Accustomed to core data modeling principles: facts, dimensions, entity relationships, source-to-target mapping
• Capable of reading and interpreting SQL queries at a basic level: joins, filters, grouping
• Professional in defining clear reporting requirements and understanding how reporting tools consume data (experience with BI tools is a plus)
• Showing background in working with data engineers, BI developers, or analytics teams
• Confident in maintaining business communication with clients in English

• Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements
• Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional needs
• Align clients and project teams on a shared understanding of requirements
• Analyze the product from both business and technical perspectives
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Define structured data requirements, including field definitions, mappings, and transformation rules
• Support the creation of reporting solutions by defining KPIs, metrics, and business rules
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and architects to ensure accurate data ingestion and modeling
• Validate data outputs, reports, and dashboards to ensure they meet business expectations
• Perform basic data analysis by reviewing SQL results, checking data quality, comparing source vs. target systems
